Privacy Policy

Having regard to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on data protection) (Journal of Laws EU L. of 2016, No. 119, p. 1) hereinafter referred to as GDPR, I would like to inform you that:

1.       The administrator of personal data is Zakład Komunalny Gminy Oświęcim sp. Z o.o. based in Brzezinka, ul. Czarna 8, 32-600 Brzezinka, KRS: 0000587672, NIP: 5492442691,  hereinafter referred to as ZKGO

2.       The legal basis and justification for data processing in ZKO is the sale of services via the online store.  

3.       The data that is subject to processing is your ordinary data, including identity, place of residence, bank account number, PESEL number. 

4.       The data provided by you or received from you is processed in order to provide the services described in point. 2 and are necessary for the proper performance of the service for you and in your interest. 

5.       Your personal data is also processed by the Administrator for other purposes directly related to the service provided in point. 2, as well as when it is necessary to perform a task carried out in the public interest.

6.       Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to provide services,
or until you express your objection, with the proviso that the Administrator's obligation is to store the files until the statute of limitations expires in accordance with the principles described in the Civil Code.

7.       Data may also be stored after the period described in point. 6, however, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the legal obligation imposed on the Administrator, only   for a period of time in accordance with applicable regulations, and you have the right to "be forgotten" at your express request.

8.       You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time, subject to point. 6 and 7

9.       Personal data is made available to external entities only for the purpose of processing on behalf of the Administrator. These entities are: 

a.      Legal advisor Grzegorz Chycki or his substitute attorney, legal advisor Maciej Czajkowski at the Grzegorz Chycki Legal Advisor's Office ul. Warszawska 31/65, 40-010 Katowice,

b.      Municipal Plant of the Oświęcim Commune sp. Z o.o. Based in Brzezinka, ul. Czarna 8, 32-600 Brzezinka.

c.       Employees based on authorizations.

10.   You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

11.   In connection with the use of IT solutions, including the so-called Cloud solutions Your data may betransferred outside the European Union. In such a case, the transfer of data will be based on an appropriate agreement between the Administrator andsuch an entity, containing standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission, or on the basis of an appropriate decision of the European Commission.

12.   If you use the Administrator's online store,the website operating such a store collects information using cookies - session, permanent and external cookies.
